The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to the Peak District. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and cosy, with fantastic facilities. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with the comfiest beds ever! We were thrilled that it was dog friendly and the included Wi-Fi was a bonus. Parking was convenient, with a space right outside and more available nearby. The local pub was just a short walk away and had friendly staff and locals. Getting the keys was a breeze thanks to the key safe, and communication with the owner was excellent. it truly felt like a home away from home and we highly recommend it.

The bathroom had a shower, and it was great! I felt refreshed and clean after using it. As an old people, having a good shower is important to me, and this one did the job perfectly.

The showerhead was a bit low for my liking, but others might still find it okay.

Loved the high standard of decor and the comfy beds and pillows. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The village of Luddenden is adorable and the local pub is a must-visit. Perfect for exploring and walking.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of trying to navigate the blocked-off road and steep country lanes. So much fun!

Road access was blocked for a long time and we were not informed beforehand. The back garden was steep and potentially hazardous.

The road leading to the property can be tricky to navigate, especially in the evenings, due to steep and narrow country lanes.

The lack of a microwave and the difficulty in understanding the cooker hob were minor inconveniences.

Our visit to the Little Red Holiday Home was just for 2 nights and we wished it could have been longer. It's a lovely place to stay and very cosy and cute with everything you may need. The location is perfect, we fell in love with the village of Luddenden and the local pub is a must visit. Perfect location for exploring and walking. Communication with the owner was really good and instructions were easy to follow and straightforward. Highly recommended.

I was also impressed with the communication from the owner, as they provided clear instructions and were always available. We had a fabulous time at the Little Red Holiday Home in Halifax! The house was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, with stunning scenery and plenty of walks nearby. The host, Ben, was also very helpful and made our stay even better. Despite a few minor inconveniences with the blocked road and parking challenges, we would definitely recommend this lovely property for a relaxing getaway. a great experience!
